Fans Spotted Hailey Bieber Freaking Out in Excitement Over Justin's VMAs Performance

The VMAs are back! I mean, they were also back last year but the show was largely pre-recorded and semi-virtual, so things weren't exactly the same. And whomst performed? That'd be Justin Bieber. But apparently he wasn't down to walk the red carpet this year (too busy getting into his performance overalls), which means we tragically didn't get any VMAs red carpet pics of him and Hailey Bieber.

However! Hailey was fully in the audience cheering Justin on before she took the stage herself to present, and pics of Hailey supporting her husband made their way over to Twitter:

Unclear on who designed Hailey's look (we'll update this article once we know), but she's wearing a gorgeous white gown with a turtleneck. Meanwhile, Justin went with the aforementioned overalls!

Not only did Justin perform at tonight's show, but according to Variety he's also juggling an impressive seven nominations, including both Video of the Year and Artist of the Year. And BTW, Justin's performance during tonight's show is actually kinda a big deal considering this dude hasn't performed at the VMAs since 2015, when he blessed us with a rendition of "What Do You Mean?"

Other performances to look forward to during the 2021 VMAs? Camila Cabello, Chlöe, Doja Cat, Kacey Musgraves, Lil Nas X, Machine Gun Kelly, Shawn Mendes, Olivia Rodrigo, and Twenty One Pilots. Meanwhile, VMAs presenters reportedly include Billy Porter, Conor McGregor, 50 Cent, Fat Joe, Megan Fox, Ashanti, Rita Ora, Simone Biles, and Travis Barker (who will also be performing his song "Papercuts" with Machine Gun Kelly).

Lorde and Nicki Minaj recently announced that they'll each no longer be performing during the show, which is a bummer, but there's always next year. More about why they pulled out of the lineup below:
