Fans Are Really Pissed at Suzie from 'Stranger Things' for Causing Hopper’s Death
Among fandom Twitter and ship Twitter, there's an entire subset of Stranger Things Twitter that really hates Dustin's girlfriend Suzie.
Following the gut-wrenching conclusion of season 3, tons of fans are blaming her for Hopper's and Billy's deaths. According to them, if Suzie hadn't forced Dusty Buns to sing an admittedly epic rendition of "NeverEnding Story," Hopper and Joyce would have gotten to the machine about two minutes earlier.
That means, they'd likely have been able to close the gate before Hopper's final (?) battle with that scary Russian dude, so he wouldn't have been in range of its death ray when Joyce finally turned the key.
FURTHERMORE, if Suzie would have just told Dustin the damn numbers (I'm getting really fired up about this the more I think about it) the Mind Flayer would have died minutes earlier. If that had happened, Billy wouldn't have had to sacrifice himself to save his sister and her friends, which means the viewers would have gotten another whole season of Dacre Montgomery's beautiful face!!!

Now, whether or not Hopper is actually dead is up for debate (for more on that very-believable conspiracy theory, click here), but one thing's for sure: Billy deserved better.
