Everyone always gets so excited when a celebrity adopts a new puppy or kitty! Celebrities! They're just like us! Unable to withstand the power of a precious stray who needs a home! Well, on August 29th, Sarah Jessica Parker announced she adopted one of the stars of her HBO series And Just Like That, a tiny kitten who plays her character's cat on the show.

Parker posted on Insta, "His off-camera name is Lotus. He and his siblings were all given botanical names when they were rescued as newborns by the cthumanesociety (Connecticut Humane Society). Adopted officially by the Parker/Broderick family in April 2023. He joins Rémy and Smila whom we adopted in May 2022. If he looks familiar, that's because he is. X, SJ."
Fans are so excited over this news and @Dr comments, "I adopted Fern from the same litter. When I took her home they let me know that her siblings were on the set of And Just Like That. She’s doing well and is the sweetest snuggle bug ever. We love her so much!." Famous cat sibling alert! @Marcy adds, "I love that the kitten our your show also your kitten in real life." @Melanie says, "So cute! I love that “Shoe” is your real-life cat."
This kitten is just adorable. I love the fact she adopted him from the set when most celebrities are always humble bragging how they took a certain outfit or a pair of shoes. Well, I guess Parker did take a Shoe, just not a pair LOL.
