Fans Rally Around Country Singer Jessie James Decker After She Breaks Down Crying on Instagram

Jessie James Decker couldn't hold back her happy tears last week.
On August 26, the country singer recorded herself as she heard her new single Should Have Known Better on the radio for the very first time. In the video, Jessie is sitting in her car with her husband Eric Decker as SiriusXM The Highway host Ania Hammar introduces Should Have Known Better to listeners.
As soon as the song starts playing, Jessie breaks down crying, clearly overwhelmed with happiness. "Why I'm crying? This is stupid," she says as she laughs through the tears. Her husband then responds "You're back, baby!" and congratulates his wife on her huge success.
Jessie uploaded the video to Instagram with the caption: "My song SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER was JUST played on @sxmthehighway ! Hearing this song for the first time on the radio brought such happy tears to my eyes! They told me it was possibly going to be played today between 10 and 11 and I just had this feeling I needed to go sit in my car after they played a Dan and Shay song , I don’t know why!! Intuition I guess!!!! Thank y’all so much for supporting me! I can’t wait to sing this song to you in person on tour next year!!!!!!!! I love you!!!"
Fans quickly took to the comments section to let Jessie know how much they love her and her hit song. "Love how humble & genuine you are," one person wrote. "Aw this gave me the chills and made me tear up for you! I’ve been obsessed with this song since it came out," said another.
Since its release on August 20, Should Have Known Better peaked on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart at #6 and reached #5 on iTunes. Needless to say, we're thrilled for Jessie and can't wait to see what comes next from her!
