Cardi B used a racist slur to describe her sister Hennessy Carolina and didn't apologize when fans called her out—instead firing off a since-deleted tweet saying she's "sick of the internet."

The incident occurred after Cardi posted an Instagram of what her daughter Kulture might look like as an adult. She then replied to a fan who said Kulture appeared to be a combination of Cardi's husband Offset and her sister Hennessy Carolina, saying (per Us Weekly) “I think cause Hennessy got c****y eyes like offset and so [does] KK . Its the only think I could think off.”

To be clear, this is an overtly racist term historically used as a slur against Asian communities. As such, Cardi's casual use of the term on Instagram understandably caused outrage and distress among fans, who called her out in the comments of her post (which has been deleted).

However, instead of offering an apology, Cardi hit Twitter with a since-deleted response, saying “I didn’t know that c****y eyes was a slur like wtfff I DONT KNOW F–KIN EVERYTHING !! We don’t even use that as a insult and I didn’t use it as a insult.” She reportedly also added that she was “sick of the internet.”

Cardi hasn't offered any further explanations or apologies. Meanwhile, #CardiBIsOverParty has been trending on Twitter.
