The Masked Singer is back for season 3 and we couldn't be more excited.

After seeing Lil Wayne revealed as the Robot, we're down to five singers in Group A — one of whom is White Tiger. Of course, this early on, it can be hard to say for certain who the ferocious feline is. That said, we have to give the internet credit where credit is due — the predictions put forth online about White Tiger are super on point considering that we know so little at this point.

Who is White Tiger on The Masked Singer?

First, let's look at what we do know so far about the White Tiger, based on the carnivore's getup, first clue package, and what costume designer Marina Toybina told Entertainment Weekly in a recent interview:

  • Per Marina, "He’s just fun, outgoing, incredible, and loves his costume. It is somebody that enjoys his performance and is definitely larger than life on stage.”

  • The costume designer said that the costume was inspired by "an Egyptian influence, and when we found out who was cast for it, it was just a perfect fit."

  • The White Tiger boasts eight large bright blue stones.

  • His entire life he's "sought out perfection" and has a "giant career full of accomplishments."

  • His clue package teased that the White Tiger is the "Ultimate Champion of Clam Shucking" after shucking "51 clams."

  • The video also included a sign with the beginning of President Abraham Lincoln's Gettysburg Address, "Four score and seven years ago ...," written on it. Benjamin Franklin and George Washington were also featured on the sign.

  • The White Tiger is ready to "get in the ring" and "smash the competition."

While that's not a ton of clues to work with, here's what Masked Singer fans have come up with so far:

After guest panelist Jamie Foxx threw out the NFL star's name in the season 3 premiere, the internet immediately got on board with the idea of White Tiger being the former New England Patriot. For starters, the "Four score and seven years ago" clue seems to perfectly match with Gronk's playing number — a "score" means 20, so four score is 80 and seven is 87. Meanwhile, the clam-shucking clue could signify that Rob is a Super Bowl 51 champion and played in New England. HMMMM!

One of the show's promos made some fans think right away that it's Baron, a WWE superstar who performs in the ring as "King Corbin." Why? The Twitter promo read "all hail," which apparently is what you're supposed to scream when Baron enters the wrestling arena. What's more, Baron has a very distinctive one-eyed wolf tattooed on his leg that looks pretty similar to the White Tiger's costume. Besides, if Baron's costume was a wolf, it would be too obvious, right?

It would only be fitting, considering that the Hobbs and Shaw star voiced a pre-game hype video for the Louisiana State University (LSU) Tigers ahead of the 2020 College Football National Championship. What's more, Dwayne's movie Jumangi: Welcome to the Jungle became the number-one film of all time in Egypt, which could explain Marina's hint about the costume being "perfect" for the celebrity. Plus, thinking back to the eight-stone clue, Dwayne was in the World Wrestling Federation for eight years before leaving to pursue acting in 2004. By that time he had won eight WWE Championships, according to People.

Our best guess? There's more evidence right now that points to the White Tiger on The Masked Singer being Gronk. But for now, all we can do is simply shrug and continue to play the guessing game until we know more.
