Netflix's wordiest new crime thriller, The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window just landed on the streamer. And while fans have been enjoying the Kristen Bell murder mystery, there was one scene in particular that people began warning each other about, prompting an awkward response from Kristen herself.

The eight-part series follows Anna, a recently divorced woman struggling with an alcohol problem and spending her time, heartbroken, staring out of the front window of her suburban home. When she witnesses a gruesome murder take place in the living room of her handsome new neighbour's house she starts questioning everything and eventually begins her own investigation to get the bottom of what she did, or didn't see.

The new series is designed to be a spoof of the kinds of psychological thrillers we've seen cropping up a lot in recent years; from The Woman in the Window starring Amy Adams to Emily Blunt's The Girl on the Train. So, it's no wonder people are talking about it - especially with a purposefully bizarre name like that.

However, there's one particular scene that has really got people talking. At the end of episode five there's a pretty outrageous sex scene that takes place between Anna and Rex (Benjamin Levy Aguilar), where the pair go at it for quite some time in various areas around the house.

Since this is not at all what people were expecting from a spoof murder mystery series it got plenty of people warning each other about the surprising scene, and one fan in particular said they ended up watching it with their girlfriend and mum. Yikes.

Even more surprisingly Kristen Bell herself then responded to the tweet, jokingly apologising to the Twitter user, saying, "Hahahahaha sorry dude."

We're a bit obsessed with her for how she handled this. Very good, Kristen. Very good.
