*Minor spoiler from You season 3 below!*

Season 3 of Netflix's You may have only dropped last week, but fans have already taken the internet by storm with their reactions to new characters and... that ending. However, some are also noticing some slip-ups in the show, and dare I say their findings are hilarious.

TikTok user @annabellleryan was watching the show's latest season as anyone would when she noticed a slight inaccuracy. During a scene where Joe's wife, Love, is texting his latest fixation Marienne from his phone, their messages pop up on-screen with contact photos. However, if you look closely, Joe's picture... isn't Joe?

The photo isn't of Penn Badgley, but it seems to be a lookalike. Annabelle captioned the clip "I'M LOSING MY MIND???? WHO IS THAT?????? IT'S JOEY SILVERBERG." Since she posted the TikTok on October 16, it's officially gone viral as it received over 1.6 million views. The mistake she pointed out also led to other comments and theories from fans that are pretty interesting.

"It'd be hilarious if that's what he actually was supposed to look like and he was just imagining he was more attractive than he is," one fan wrote.

Another person weighed in, saying "Out of all the money generated off of this show they couldn't even Google Penn Badgley's picture 😭😭😭😭."

There are so many questions that need to be answered. Why isn't it a photo of Penn? Was it just a Google mishap? Was it a copyright issue? Why couldn't they pull something from Penn's socials, or even a photo from previous seasons? Sure, Joe is pretty much off the radar when it comes to social media, but that doesn't mean he can 't have a decent photo of himself lying around somewhere.

Netflix has yet to comment on the use of this photo on the series.
