Here are the charts of the day for Thursday March 8, 2018.

Express Scripts (ESRX): Shares are soaring in early trade. Cigna will buy Express Scripts for a whopping $67 billion, giving it a foothold in the pharmacy-benefits management game. This follows Aetna’s deal with CVS Health in December.

Kroger (KR): Shares are dropping here. Kroger announced fourth-quarter earnings that were in-line with street estimates, but its for profit outlook for 2018 disappointed investors.

Wynn Resorts (WYNN): Shares are gaining in early trading, as the casino operator reported strong preliminary results for the quarter through February and upped its dividend. This comes on the heels of two directors leaving the company in the wake of the Steve Wynn misconduct scandal.
