Stokes starts off his day with a glass of water and a cup of coffee. "I am a coffee fiend," he says. "I live off of coffee. And I do it black." For breakfast, his options are either avocado toast with an over-medium egg and a brioche bun, or Greek yogurt topped with walnuts or cashews. If Stokes is working, he also makes sure to hydrate thoroughly all day because of the heat in Charleston, South Carolina, where the Outer Banks set is located.

He also adds that he's not the best company when he's hangry. "If you've seen Mark Ruffalo turn into the Hulk in any of the Avenger films, I'm that but with another 4,000 pounds," he says. "It's scary. It's bad. So anyways, I like to be fed."

When Stokes is traveling, he prefers to pack a meal from home. Right now, he's loving the bacon burgers from Sweet Earth Foods, a plant-based food company. "They're super easy to make," he adds.
