What began as nine people working on a mega yacht in the Caribbean, followed by cameras everywhere, ended up becoming a cultural phenomenon. We're talking about Bravo's Below Deck, of course, and across 23 seasons and two other iterations of the show (Med and Sailing Yacht), the series has exposed the underbelly of ultra-luxurious yachting industry, from nit-picky clients and pesky pool toys to drug scandals and affairs with charter guests that—wait for it—rocked the boat.

Season 1 of Below Deck feels like eons ago because, well, it was. And because the show has changed so much since it's first season. And while we're on the subject, you're probably wondering about the whereabouts of Adrienne Gang, our chief stew, or Eddie Lucas, our bosun, and the rest of our motley crue. Where are the cast members of Below Deck season 1 now?

Here's the low-down on our Honor crew:

Aleks was good-looking, boring, and resented Captain Lee. (That's all we really remember from him.) Turns out he's still working on yachts, but now, as a captain. In a 2019 interview with Vulture, Aleks revealed he was originally intended to be the Captain Lee of the series and was cast as captain for season 1. Long story short, the boat's owner didn't feel comfortable with Aleks, and Captain Lee stepped in to take his place (which maybe explains some of the tension between the two).

After season 1, Ben, of course, became a staple on the series, appearing in a number of other Below Deck and Below Deck Med seasons. He's in a relationship now and living in Florida. He currently owns and operates a catering company.

Adrienne Gang

Who could forget Adrienne, perhaps best known for taking her job a little too seriously? Well, looks like her time on Below Deck hasn't turned off boats for ever. She's still a yachtie and remains working as a chief stew on other boats. She's also married and pretty vocal on Reddit about how heavily produced the show is. (If you're watching the current season of BDM, Adrienne claims Kiko's departure was pre-planned by producers.)

Kat, who just really wanted to go to the bar, appeared on season 2 of Below Deck before leaving the yachting industry altogether. She tried her hand at bartending and waitressing shortly after the show. During a recent series reunion, Kat said she was pursuing nursing.

During season 1, Sam mostly just hated her job and maybe Adrienne even more. It should't come as a surprise that she's no longer a yachtie. Thanks to some internet sleuthing, it appears she's an engineer now, and in July, she gave birth to her first child, Blake.

A fan favorite throughout his time on the series, Eddie had it all, then he went and messed it all up after a season 3 affair with crew member, Rocky. Things got rocky with his then-girlfriend and they later broke up. He's now living back in Maryland and working in a less cushy industry of operating tugboats.

We all know what happened to second engineer, C.J., during his relatively short-lived time on the show. Around the time the season first aired, he made headlines after getting arrested for assaulting his girlfriend. He doesn't maintain any public social media accounts.

David Bradberry

David was our innocent crew member who managed to make it through the first season with little-to-no conflict. He also got engaged to his then-boyfriend during the show. David appeared as a deckhand in one other season of the show, working alongside Eddie once more. In 2019, he broke up with his fiancé who was seen on the show. He's now an actor and living in D.C.

The stud of the sea remains the longest-running member of the Below Deck franchise. He lives in Fort Lauderdale with his wife, Mary Anne. He remains friends with several former Below Deck cast members, though it doesn't appear that he's tight with his Honor crew.
