Grab the tissues, because another Adele album is reportedly on the way. And if it's anything like 19, 21, or 25, it's going to have us scream-cry-singing in the car for at least a year. Here's everything we know about the singer's rumored fourth record.

It’s in the works. A source that spoke with E! revealed that the British songstress “has been very busy focusing on herself this last year…and has spent months in the studio recording her new album.” Yessssss.

It’s about heartbreak. Since she released 25, Adele has split from husband Simon Konecki, with whom she shares one son. And of course, all that heartbreak will become fodder for her music. “We're going to hear about her divorce,” the source said, “and what she's been going through.”

But Adele herself is staying positive. In addition to dealing with her divorce and recording new music, Adele has spent much of the past few years working on herself mentally and physically. “Adele has been hard-core working out five days a week,” says E!'s insider, adding that the singer is “in such a great place right now mentally and physically.”

When she's not at the gym, the singer is apparently spending time with her new(ish) beau, rapper Skepta. The pair were first linked in 2020, and E!'s source says that while “it isn't serious between them,” they have still “kept in touch and go on dates from time to time. There's chemistry there but she has had a lot going on this year and wants to stay focused.”

It’ll be out…soon. “The album is going to be released very soon, and she is excited for the world to hear it,” says the insider, though “album's coming” is a tune we've heard from singers before. Fingers crossed, though—we could really use a Sour for grown-ups!
