I can't even see the whole ensemble, but I know I hate it. I'm not a fan of tank tops over t-shirts or chunky short necklaces, so this is a perfect storm of ick for me.

In another world, the top is good, but under a jean vest it's gross city. (A jean vest??? Nope.) Then there's the skirt, which is kind of okay but nothing more.

What 15-year-old would wear this? But even if Cher were 33, I don't know if I would like it. It's weird in a boring way. I think it'd be better if it were tighter.

It all feels 2x too big. If the jacket were unbuttoned, it might be alright. (I've just realized this ensemble without the jacket shows up later on the list, and it feels like a different outfit.)

This is an interesting one. My eyes can see it's not that bad, but my brain refuses to agree. It feels childish and annoyingly faux quaint.

Nothing stands out. The shirt casts a forgettable spell over the whole thing. Also, this is the skirt Cher's wearing in the big jacket shopping outfit. (She wears the whole bottom half of this ensemble in one of my top 10 outfits as well.)

The dress is fun! The jacket on top of it not so much. I don't like a minuscule jacket. What's the point? Are your arms really cold but your side's hot?

Another one that feels childish to me. It's the combination of the sleeves and the bow. Also...do you see that little baby purse she's holding? Do you see it? Run.

I know we can barely see anything, but sweatshirts are great. I have to rank this as high as I can without being unreasonable simply because I'm Team Sweatshirt. What are the others teams? Don't know.

It's bold, which I admire, but the skirt's a bit off for me. It's too high waisted. And while the jacket and the top are alright-to-good, they don't make up for it.
In this moment, however, I do like the outfit more. Huh. Regardless, I'm ranking it at #35.

I like the bikini top, but I don't love love the shawl thing. Also, as you're about to see in the next picture, there's a hat that's SO not my thing.

This feels like something a Valentine's Day fairy masquerading as a real girl in a Disney Channel Original Movie would wear, and I mean that as an insult.

Other than the mystery sweatshirt outfit, this is the least Cher ensemble of the movie. Even thought it lacks pizazz, hey, it's alright. I like the sweater a lot.

I like the top stuff well enough, but because I can't see the bottom stuff, I've got to play it safe in terms of a ranking. For an outfit to make it any farther with only some of the ensemble showing, it's got to be "A" quality.

Those small ruffles on the sleeves make this another outfit that feels middle school-y to me. But I like the blue mini skirt, despite not really being able to see it.

It's kind of a nothing outfit, but there's something charming. Maybe it's the shade of purple, which is solid, but it's probably the hair clips.

Okay, so this one almost gives off that same childish thing, but the preppiness brings it back from the brink just enough. I don't want the dress in a billion colors, but it's a cute outfit.

This is the same skirt the Valentine's Day fairy wore, but the black top makes it work. Cher wears the top situation with and without a cardigan.

Cher only wears this briefly, but I find it pretty. It doesn't reach awesome level – mainly because the color and the waist are both sort of bland, I think – but it's totally fine.

A top that's good enough to make up for the lack of bottom. Necklace aside – which, bleh – I would wear this with some black jeans if I needed to look put together without looking like I was trying.

I'm 100% sure there are people for whom this is a top 5 Cher outfit, and I get it. This is wildly cute if the vibe is your thing, but it's not really my thing.
