Eva Longoria Just Dyed Her Own Hair Using $9 Drugstore Box Color
Eva Longoria just schooled us all on how easy it is to color your hair at-home. In a tutorial she uploaded to IGTV, Longoria filmed herself using the drugstore must-have L’Oréal Paris Excellence Crème Triple Protection Color. The video—starring, filmed, and directed by Longoria—is even being turned in to a national TV commercial for the brand (Longoria is an ambassador). It's the first hair color commercial ever to be shot at home on an iPhone.
"I've never been this gray in my life," says Longoria at the start of the video. "I don't think there's ever going to be a better before and after." Coloring your hair at-home is one thing, but to tackle stubborn grays you need a dye with a pro-level formula. Longoria uses L’Oréal Paris Excellence Crème Triple Protection Color in the shade 4 Dark Brown in the video. Check out her incredible transformation:

Two weeks earlier, Longoria showed off the brand's Magic Root Cover-Up in an Instagram tutorial on how to instantly conceal gray roots. The temporary color lasts until your next shampoo, while the dye will keep your hair color pristine for weeks (hopefully until we can see our colorists again).
