Enjoy games, delicious food, family fun, and more at Vision30’s ‘Thrive Fest’

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WFXR)— Vision30 invites all to come down and have some fun at ‘Thrive Fest’ on Saturday, May 18 at the field next to Arc of Central VA on Bedford Ave. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

During the event, all can enjoy a wide variety of inflatable games, axe throwing, a basketball shoot-out, a baseball ‘batter-up’, and a ‘First Down Challenge.’ Also, the festival will have a variety of giveaways, music, and vendors ranging from a variety of food and drink to activities such as a balloon artist and face painter.

40th Scott Robertson Memorial Tournament begins Friday

Vision30 works with local non-profit organizations to help uplift and support families within the community. Their goal is to see every child in the region safe in their own family or in another setting with caregivers supported by a local faith community by the year 2030.
