Some influencers may be touting one drink at a coffee chain, but Emma Chamberlain is the CEO of the whole company. Last year, the YouTuber launched Chamberlain Coffee, a line of steeped coffee bags and now, the brand is all grown up and undergoing a total redesign complete with new products.

"It's almost like it was my baby that now is a young adult and I'm like, 'Oh my god, you're growing up and you look so beautiful,'" Emma told Seventeen about the transformation the brand has gone through.

The new line, which will be available online on September 27th, includes five varieties available in steeped bags, ground and whole bean options. Each one features its own cute little character, so whether you're an early bird, a night owl, or a careless cat, Chamberlain Coffee has you covered.

Emma is known for her obsession with coffee, especially the iced variety, so when she launched Chamberlain Coffee in 2019, no one was shocked. A few months after launching, though, Emma already was seeing areas that needed improvement. Enter: the new packaging. "I think I'm excited for people to buy into the brand itself and really enjoy the experience that we didn't really have before."

Much like the coffee, Emma herself has changed a lot recently, which is why she found her recent reconnection with fellow YouTuber, James Charles so rewarding.

"When you take some time away from a person, a lot happens and if you're not talking while you're living separately, when you guys come back together, it's so fun to catch up and see how the other has grown and what they've learned and experienced," she said of the recent reunion. While they used to be featured in each other's videos frequently, the friendship seemingly cooled off over the last year or so. This month, though, the pair both posted videos with one another on their respective YouTube channels, leading many to assume they were back in each other's lives.

"I feel like I haven't been doing this for very long, but at the same time, I look back and James and I were making videos like two and a half years ago and that's mind blowing to me," she said. "He saw me in the very beginning and to see me now, I feel like I'm such a different person. I've just grown so much. It's cool to be around people that have seen you since day one because they know what you've been through more than anyone else."

In addition to reconnecting with old friends, Emma has been rumored to have some new friends as of late, particularly one very special one. There is talk that Emma is dating Tucker Pillsbury aka Role Model and many think his recent song, "blind" is about the YouTuber. Emma, though, has always been coy about her relationships, so it's no surprise that she wasn't quick to confirm or deny the coupling.

"When you love someone, you're like, 'Oh my god, I want to tell everybody,' but I think that, unfortunately, it's not good for the health of the relationship to talk about it, especially when you're young," she said, emphasizing that her "lips were zipped" on the topic.

"I wish I could talk about it. I would love to post cute couple photos whenever I'm in relationships. It would be fun, but not yet," she said. As for when Emma will go public with a relationship? "Maybe when I'm like 40," she said. "I think when you're young it's scary. Being in a relationship as a young person is hard enough. Having everybody else see it, it's super overwhelming because it's like, I don't even know what I'm doing. I'm just trying to make sure I'm doing the right thing here, but I think when you're older things are set in stone and you're like, 'you know what, it's time.'"

It's hard to believe Emma would even have time for a relationship right now anyway. Between the new coffee launch, her merch drops, and her podcast, the girl is busy af. I guess that's where the coffees comes into play. Emma admitted to drinking about two to four iced coffees or lattes a day, though just one of those may have multiple shots of espresso in it. "Sometimes I'll do four shots of espresso in one if it's needed," she admitted. "And sometimes it is."
