Emily Ratajkowski Is Waiting for the "Right" Woman to "Come Along"

Emily Ratajkowski has been freely exploring the dating scene since her split from husband Sebastian Bear-McClard, and has always been incredibly candid about it. She has publicly gone out with comedians Pete Davidson and Eric André, and went viral for making out with Harry Styles in Tokyo. But now, she is looking for the right woman to date.
EmRata spoke to HommeGirls via Instagram direct message in March (the same month she was filmed kissing Styles), and chatted about her single girl era with the magazine’s creative director, Jen Brill.
When Brill asked Ratajkowski if she would ever "date a woman," the model replied, "I would love to. Waiting for the right one to come along. I’ve always been someone who’s more attracted to vibe than specifics of physicality so sometimes it’ll just randomly hit me, and I’ll be like, 'Whoa, I’m attracted to this person!'"
The My Body author publicly came out as bisexual in an interview for Harper’s Bazaar's November cover, and revealed this is the first time in her life she is truly single and just casually dating.
She also told Bazaar at the time that before her breakup from the father of her child, she was "a bit of a 'pick-me girl' in the sense that I wasn’t very good at deciding what I liked. I really wanted to be chosen." That has since changed.
"I’m proud of myself [for this new era]," she told Brill. "[The] younger version of myself would have prob settled for some mid dude just to have a bf. Glad I’m not in that era anymore."
When she spoke to Bazaar last year, EmRata said she had not yet joined the dating app scene, but she told Brill this March that she has finally given in.
"I’ve only gone on one date from an app, but it was with someone who I also had mutual friends with," she said. "I’m really open to meeting people whatever way! But I do think mutuals is always a nice way to vet people."
