Elizabeth Hurley Dropped Another 🔥 Bikini Pic, And Her Abs Are Mega-Toned

Elizabeth Hurley practically lives in a bikini these days, and she's been putting her fun suits on full display in her Instagram posts. Of course, Liz owns her very own swimwear line, so it kinda makes sense that she wants to promote her products.

The Austin Powers star is sun-kissed, glowing, and happy as she poses for the two photos in her aqua bikini. It was also hard to miss how super-toned her abs and legs are.

“Oh Maldives…… I miss you 💗,” Liz, 57, captioned the photos of herself rocking the Marissa bikini from her collection. Liz is super strong in her cute suit, with her core on full display. Of course, Liz’s followers loved this look, and made sure to let her know in the comments. “Still wowing it everyday!” commented one person. Another added, “Is she aging backwards???”

If you’re wondering how Liz gets so strong, Women’s Health has the answers. First things first, Elizabeth prioritizes "found fitness," which means incorporating exercises into your every day life. Think dance party while you’re waiting for the shower to warm up, squats while you’re brushing your teeth, etc. “I prefer to get my exercise from doing something than being in the gym," Elizabeth told WH.

Other exercises Liz often opts for include taking her dogs for a nice, 20-minute walk as soon as she wakes up in the morning to get her heart pumping. She also loves gardening, and if you’ve planted anything recently, you'll know it's a sneaky hard activity.

"I do as much outside during the winter as I do during the summer," Liz told Women's Health. "Not only do I feel, well, actually exhausted, but also I feel that I've got the leaves up, which is also a nice thing."

When it comes to her nutritional goals, Liz doesn’t share too much about her diet but told The Cut she prioritizes natural foods. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told. "When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that's grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables.”

She also makes sure to take care of her mental and emotional health with meditation, alone time, and limited screen time, per her interview with WH. A truly balanced queen!
