Her abs look super toned in the pic, thanks to her clean diet and found fitness.
Liz says she doesn't "work out, per se," but stays active by doing outside work.
Elizabeth Hurley, 55, shares so many different looks on her Instagram. There’s casual Liz, sultry Liz, and just chilling in the sun looking super fit like it’s NBD Liz. Well, her latest bikini pic combines them all.
In it, Elizabeth models a gorgeous denim-print striped string bikini while hanging outside. She looks super happy, sexy, and fit—all at the same damn time. "The Great Escape 😘," she captioned the pic.

Elizabeth has been hanging out on her English country estate for weeks now and has regularly been sharing bikini pics from her time there.

But Elizabeth doesn’t look that amazing by accident—she works really hard to stay healthy, and it starts first thing in the A.M. Elizabeth says she drinks two mugs of warm water as soon as she get up in the morning. "'It tastes fairly disgusting," she told Daily Mail UK. "But it's fantastic for your digestive system." She also said she keeps water handy, pretty much 24/7.
Elizabeth also avoids processed foods. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," she told The Cut. "When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables."
And, on the fitness front, she’s big on getting her heart rate up while walking her dogs or doing some arm exercises by her pool. Oh, and logging, of course. Elizabeth dropped this knowledge on Extra last year: "I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active. I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active."
