She stays active through "found fitness," like gardening and logging, and eating well.
The actress also does some more traditional workouts like yoga and Pilates.
Sometimes, the best way to know how you really look in an outfit is to grab a quick selfie. And, apparently, Elizabeth Hurley is onto this helpful hack.
The model and actress, 55, shared a bikini selfie on Instagram over the weekend, and she looks stunning. Her abs are toned, her legs look strong and she's all smiles. The Then Came You star kept the caption simple, just writing out the name of the bikini and tagging her brand, Elizabeth Hurley Beach, because really — no caption needed.
People were beyond impressed in the comments. "How the hell do you manage to keep your figure so good?" one fan wrote. "Goddess❤️❤️❤️," another said. The The Runaways alum even got a shoutout from fellow actress Sharon Stone, who wrote, "REALLY ?? Gurl u just keep on killing it 🔥👏👏👏👏🔥🔥🔥."
While Elizabeth has made it clear she’s not really an "exercise person," she lives a really healthy lifestyle by eating well and getting her heart rate up through found fitness. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," the The Royals alum previously told The Cut. "When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables."
About that found fitness … you can find Liz wielding a chainsaw here and there to get her workout in. "I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening — cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active," she told Extra. Yep, you read that right: She’s into logging.
But the Austin Powers actress isn't above doing some good old-fashioned workouts. She shared a video on Instagram last year of herself doing some arm workouts with weights outside in a pink string bikini.
The Bedazzled star also does yoga and Pilates, and she previously told Women’s Health that she likes to do squats while brushing her teeth. That, and taking 30-minute walks with her dogs that are "fast enough to get my heart rate up" help her look at Elizabeth Hurley-esque.
