Eiza Gonzalez Wore a Completely Sheer Skirt and a Corset Over Her Jacket

No, it's not a fashion emergency, Eiza Gonzalez's sheer skirt was completely planned. In a new carousel of photos shared on Instagram, Gonzalez wears head-to-toe Fendi, including a sheer skirt trimmed in a delicate seafoam-green ruffle.
The light-as-air piece showed off her tan underwear, but it was tough to distract from the jacket-corset combo she wore on top. The Fendi look included an asymmetrical, patterned jacket with a boned corset on top, all finished with the storied Italian label's new ovular O'Lock logo, an update to its recognizable double-Fs. A pair of pointy beige knee-high boots kept the naked illusion under her see-through skirt.
And while the outfit stole the show, Gonzalez's new blonde hair was also on display. While fans are accustomed to seeing her with dark hair, she debuted the golden blonde hue this week as she promoted her new Michael Bay-directed action film, Ambulance, alongside co-star Jake Gyllenhaal.
"Hi sunny London 💛," she captioned the images. "Press day in @fendi ☀️"
"I just hear that blonds have more fun, so I just had to do it!" Gonzalez told OnDemand Entertainment of her new hair color. To prep for her role, Gonzalez said that she spent months "working intimately with firefighters, EMTs, surgeons, [and] everyone around the medical care system."
"I felt like I never ended prepping," she added. "I was like, 'Oh, is that enough?' I always felt real pressure."
Ambulance, which is based on the 2005 Danish film Ambulancen by Laurits Munch-Petersen and Lars Andreas Pedersen, arrives in theaters on April 8.
