Dylan Sprouse Congratulates Barbara Palvin After Becoming a VS Angel

• Actor Dylan Sprouse, who is dating Palvin, shared a brazen photo of the pair with a light-hearted caption and called out her detractors.

• The current photo on Dylan's Instagram profile wasn't his original Instagram post about Palvin's new contract, according to Buzzfeed.

Barbara Palvin has officially received her Victoria’s Secret Angel wings, and her boyfriend, Dylan Sprouse, couldn’t be prouder.

The actor Instagrammed a photograph of himself squinting his eyes and smiling with Palvin winking, sticking her tongue out, and holding up a middle finger. "Here’s to the people who tried to drag her down, cheers!," he captioned the cheeky Instagram after the public announcement of her VS Angel contract.

It's possible his twin brother Cole took the picture, because he was tagged in the 'gram and is a professional photographer. (Cole snapped flicks of his brother for J.Brand's Spring-Summer 2019 campaign).

This wasn't the only social media support Sprouse showed Palvin. Earlier, he posted a succinct-yet-endearing message to his Instagram Story, according to a fan account (@dylansprousue).

"@victoriassecret's newest angel, very proud of you miss. Hard work pays off 💪," he captioned the image of the couple at Variety and Armani Beauty's Oscars week dinner. (Palvin also has a contract with the Italian brand).

Dylan also reportedly shared a different photo, according to a fan account (@sprousehart_darbara). "The missus has a big announcement, officially a VS angel! Proud of all the work you’ve done leading up to this and here’s to more years of success and a little less Ben and Jerry’s ice cream," he captioned a now-deleted Instagram, according to USA Today. The publication added that the original photograph showed the pair holding hands. Buzzfeed and E! News both reported the same caption.

Palvin reacted to her new Angel status on social media, too. She wrote an overjoyed and sentimental caption under her Instagram video.

"I don’t know where to begin but I’ll try: I never thought it would happen and it has exceeded all my expectations. I’m very excited to announce that I’m officially a @victoriassecret ANGEL," she wrote. "There were times where I let my own thoughts hold me back and it was a hard climb away from those."

Palvin added that she's thankful for her loved ones, modeling agents, and the VS team for the opportunity. "They were always there to support me and uplift me. I am proud to represent Hungary, and most importantly, all of you in this new chapter of my life! Thank you all so much again ♥️♥️♥️"

Her fellow Victoria's Secret Angels, including models Jasmine Tookes and Josephine Skriver, showered her with congratulations. Palvin reposted those sweet comments to her Instagram Story.
