Dustin Johnson had few issues on Sunday at the Club de Golf Chapultepec in Mexico City.

Johnson rolled to a five-shot win over Rory McIlroy, shooting a five-under 66 to win the World Golf Championships-Mexico Championship — his second win at the event in the past three years.

The win also marked Johnson’s 20th career victory on Tour. He’s now just the 38th player in Tour history to do so, and has now won at least one tournament in every season since he turned pro in 2008.

“I’m definitely very proud of myself for that,” Johnson told the PGA Tour. “It’s a big accomplishment. It’s tough enough to get one win out here, and to win every year I’ve been on TOUR is, yeah, it’s something that I work hard on and I want to do. I want to keep it going as long as I can, but it’s been a lot of hard work and it’s paying off right now.”

Johnson, who also won the event in 2017, fired five birdies on the back nine Sunday en route to the five-shot win. The victory moved him up to No. 8 in the FedExCup standings, too.

McIlroy finished at 16-under for his runner-up finish in the second WGC event of the season. Paul Casey, Ian Poulter and Kiradech Aphibarnrat tied for third at 11-under. Tiger Woods finished in a tie for 10th after shooting a 69 on Sunday.

Martin Trainer wins Puerto Rico Open

The WGC-Mexico Championship featured just 72 of the world’s best golfers on all Tours, which left out many players on the PGA Tour.

So, many took to the Puerto Rico Open instead.

And despite incredibly windy conditions on the island all week, Martin Trainer walked away with his first career victory.

“I never thought that I would be able to win on the PGA Tour,” Trainer told the PGA Tour. “I managed to do it today and that’s just incredible.”

Trainer fired a 67 on Sunday at Coco Beach Golf and Country Club to grab the three-shot win at 15-under. Daniel Berger, Roger Sloan, Johnson Wagner and Aaron Baddeley all tied for second place at 12-under.

Golfers will hit the course next at The Honda Classic on Thursday at PGA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
