Duchess Kate Is Lovely in a White Suit to Celebrate Windrush Day

Duchess Kate and Prince William made a joint appearance this morning to honor Windrush Day, a holiday that commemorates the Afro-Caribbean migrants who arrived to the U.K. on board the Empire Windrush ship amidst the country's post-World War II recovery.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge stopped by Brixton House to meet with younger generations of the British-Caribbean community and other diasporas who participate in ELEVATE, a program that works with schools, colleges, training organizations, and employers to open up the creative and cultural sector for youths in London.

For the occasion, Kate wore a white monochrome look consisting of a crisp Alexander McQueen suit paired with a matching top, pointed-toe heels, and a small Mulberry handbag. She accessorized with long gold and teal earrings featuring a geometric design by Chalk, a London-based jeweler.

William looked elegant in a dark navy suit, white shirt, and bright blue-and-red tie.
