'Dubai Bling's Zeina Khoury Is The 'Queen Of Versace' And She Knows It

Netflix’s latest reality TV sensation Dubai Bling gives an inside look at how a select group of mega-rich people live in the Middle East. There’s a bit of everything in the mix—status, money, relationship issues, and, of course, drama.
One of the show's early stand-outs is the one and only Zeina Khoury, a high-flying businesswoman who also works as a TV and radio personality. Long story short, Zeina is definitely pretty comfortable in front of the camera.
But there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes, too. So, here’s what you need to know about Zeina and her life.
Who is Zeina Khoury?
Zeina was born and raised in Lebanon, and she has a really impressive educational background (more on that in a sec). She moved to Dubai in 2006 to start her career, and now has her own real estate empire. She’s also the co-founder of BookAnyService.com, according to her LinkedIn profile.
That's not all, though. When Zeina's not selling real estate, she serves as a TV and radio personality and runs a real estate Instagram Live show called Property Talks with Zeina.
She went to London Business School.
Zeina is definitely well educated. She took courses at Columbia Business School, Wharton online, and graduated from the London Business School earlier this year, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Before that, she got a degree in finance in Lebanon before moving to the United Arab Emirates, per Fact Magazine.
She’s a CEO.
Zeina is the CEO of High Mark Real Estate, according to LinkedIn. She manages a portfolio of “high end properties” for the company, including the Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 Tower.

In her spare time, it looks like Zeina also volunteered at one point with the Lebanese Red Cross, according to LinkedIn.
She’s also a mom.
Zeina's son, Joe, and daughter, Alexa, show up on her Instagram page here and there. She shares the kids with her husband, Hanna Azzi, who appears on the show but doesn't have an active IG (or at least one that I can find). BTW, Hanna works as a general manager of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts EMEA, and has been working in the luxury hotel biz for decades, per RealityTitBit.
Zeina seems like a really devoted mom to their kids: “ I do what I do for them 💕💕💕,” she sweetly wrote on Instagram recently. “To all the working women out there , I feel you and hear you. They will be proud of us❤️.”
What’s her total net worth?
It’s hard to say. In Dubai, a CEO like Zeina would make around $300,000 a year, according to Arabian Business and The Cinemaholic. She also has a whole social media influencer thing going on, which would put her estimated net worth be anywhere from $310,000 to $2.5 million.
That being said, she told Fact Magazine that she is a successful person but lives "a very modest life."
She loves Dubai.
Zeina recently spoke to Fact Magazine about her city, calling it a “second home” for her. “I found love in Dubai, and established a wonderful family and I have a great business,” she said.
"The city has secured my future and my children’s future, and has given me an opportunity away from home to feel safe, secure, find love, and establish myself as a business woman," Zeina added.
