Dua Lipa's Abs In These IG Bikini Pics Are Chiseled AF
  • Dua Lipa has been showing off her strong bod all summer, and now she's sharing some spicy bikini photos on the 'gram that put her sculpted abs on full display once again.

  • The singer, 26, has been known to hit the gym hard, doing all kinds of HIIT exercises.

  • Dua's also sure to fit in lots of stretching and yoga to keep her body healthy.

Dua Lipa has been spending her summer performing on stage (evidence: her recent show in Hungary, where she rocked a sparkly thong bodysuit) and traveling with her besties. And in a new Instagram post, the "Levitating" singer, 26, is soaking up the last days of summer by getting in some sunshine and R&R.

In the photos, Dua looks so glowy and happy. Oh, and she's also showing off her seriously toned abs in two polka dot bikinis and a very chic checkered cut-out outfit. She's basically just strong AF from head to toe.

"caaaaaaalm," she captioned the pics.

Dua's fans were all over it. "YOU ARE STUNNING!!!!" one fan commented. "Omg 😳," another added. And a third simply repeated "I LOVE U" approximately 15 times in a row. Same.

The singer doesn't slack when it comes to her fitness. Dua previously worked with personal trainer Peter MacIver, who broke down their training sessions for Women's Health UK. The two would train together three to four times a week, and each session would last at least an hour. MacIver even shared some of the exact workouts they used to do. They included:

  • Workout 1: 20 min hill sprints, 40 min full-body bodyweight workout

  • Workout 2: 20 min hill sprints, 40 min full-body workout using equipment (balls, bands, bars)

  • Workout 3: 20 min hill sprints, 40 min full-body bodyweight workout with focus on balance and agility

He also emphasized that Dua was very dedicated to getting a good warm-up in. "We’d spend 10 minutes before every session to make sure her joints and muscles were ready," MacIver explained.

When she's not training hard at the gym, Dua also loves to get a good yoga session in. Back in June, she shared a video on Instagram of herself nailing an impressive headstand. (She trains with Annie Moves Yoga.)

And in May, she shared another amazing headstand variation. The girl has got MOVES!

As for her diet, Dua prefers to cook when she is able to. "I love cooking and being surrounded by my favorite people, though I also love ordering from the fantastic restaurants in my area—especially as there’s no indoor seating at the moment due to the pandemic," she told Refinery29 back in 2021. "With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life."

And Dua is all about balance. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can. [But] I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats," she told Beauty Crew. "But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy." Apparently, donuts put her into a "food coma." Understandable.

Plus, she also loves a nice cold glass of vino.
