Dua Lipa Looks Like Royalty in This Dramatic Black Evening Gown

Elton John recruited Dua Lipa for his final North American concert this past weekend, and the pop star made sure to dress in style to send him off.

Lipa arrived at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles in a one-shouldered evening gown featuring draped details and a dramatic long train. The black silk taffeta dress is a recreation of a piece originally worn by Nicole Kidman for Balenciaga's 2021 couture collection. Underneath the dress, she wore the house's signature jersey pantaleggings, also in black. She continued to up the ante with her other glamorous accessories, including nearly shoulder-length gloves and diamond jewelry from Bulgari.

Lipa reflected on the historic night in a sentimental post shared on Instagram. "I never could have imagined I would’ve been a part of a night like this when I was first starting out," she wrote. "A real dream🌹 #eltonjohnfarewelltour."

In another post, she shared photos of her on-stage duet with the "Tiny Dancer" singer, who looked dazzling in a sequined Dodgers robe and matching baseball cap, a look that paid homage to his iconic bejeweled Dodgers uniform from his 1975 headlining shows.

"To my most magical friend @eltonjohn thank you for keeping the dream alive!!! It was an honour, a privilege and a joy to share the stage with you last night on your last show at the Dodgers Stadium," the "Don't Start Now" singer reflected in the caption.
