Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler Had a Wedding Singer Reunion
It's a Wedding Singer reunion — and a 50 First Dates reunion, and even a Blended reunion.
No matter what movie comes to your mind when you think of a Drew Barrymore/Adam Sandler collaboration, you'll be happy to know the former co-stars reunited on Wednesday night when she surprised him at an awards show.
Barrymore made an appearance at the National Board of Review Awards in N.Y.C. to present Sandler with the Best Actor honor for his performance in Uncut Gems.
The two first worked together in 1998 rom-com classic The Wedding Singer, and went on to star opposite each other in the equally classic 50 First Dates in 2004, and 2014's (perhaps less classic) Blended.

Last year, Barrymore said she was hoping to reunite with Sandler in a movie sometime soon, telling People, "I want to make movies with him forever."
"We always get like a time and an instinct thing," she said. "We’ve done it three times now, so we know we have more to go."
Here's hoping 2020 brings news of another onscreen reunion.
