If, like so many of us, you've been contemplating quitting your nine-to-five, throwing your phone in a river, and packing a single suitcase full of swimwear and sweatpants to go frolic with cats on a picturesque Greek island, well, here's some puuurrfect news. Because you really can do just that! (And OK, maybe you can keep your phone to take photos of the view. Or the cats! Because there are cats!

God's Little People Cat Rescue, situated on the Greek island of Syros, is looking for a new caretaker. The part-time paid job entails looking after 55 cats, and offers (free!) lodging in the form of the sanctuary manager's house. Oh, and that house has a garden often full of cats, duh, and a clear view of the Aegean sea. Here are some important photos of both of those things:

Naturally, the preferred candidate must be a cat and nature lover. The job is a "long term" commitment, beginning November 1, 2018, with a minimum requirement of 6 months and 2-3 weeks of volunteer work before you *officially* get started-the cats have to have time to come to a decision among themselves, after all. See more details and the full listing here.

If you want to apply, send your application "with a photo and relevant information" to joanbowell@yahoo.com ASAP! And know that there's probably thousands of people applying-someone turn this opening into a kittie-themed Apprentice spin-off, please. Cats in the boardroom, a Project Runway-esque "you're either in or you're meow-t" tagline etc. etc.
