Dr. Pimple Popper Squeezes A Perfect 'Boba' Cyst Out Of A Patient's Head
  • Dr. Pimple Popper removes a tiny, round, "boba" pilar cyst in a new Instagram video.

  • She pops the cyst out of her patient's forehead before cutting it open to show viewers what's inside.

  • Fans in the comments adored watching this small squeeze!

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is an expert at tiny, delicate pops. She's squeezed blackheads that look like "tiny face worms," a "little caterpillars" cyst, and even a bunch of pilar cysts that resemble "little beans." Whatever the minuscule bump might be, Dr. Pimple Popper can pop it—and fast!

Now, in a brand new video on Instagram, she's squeezing a small "boba" pilar cyst out of her patient's forehead. "A little bean of a pilar cyst. 🌰," she captioned the post. "Can you see how the sac of the pilar cyst is so much thicker than that of a normal epidermoid cyst? This distinction in sac thickness and also the location of the cyst is a key indicator of which type of cyst you are dealing with. Pretty cool huh? #drpimplepopper #cyst."

Super cool, according to fans in the comments. "That pop!" one viewer said. "This was a great one and I love when she cuts them open! 👏👏👏," another popaholic commented—which, I totally agree there.

"That’s the boba that pops lmfao 🤪 😋 😆," someone else said, and the little cyst is definitely straw-sized.

In the video, Dr. Pimple Popper uses just her fingers to press down around the cyst. She squeezes and squeezes until it pops right out of her patient's forehead. Then, she shows the pop again in slow motion (second pop, best pop!). The video cuts to Dr. P cutting the cyst open on her table and showing viewers the contents inside. "Interesting shape," she says.

"Look at the cutest pilar cyst ❤️😂," another fan commented under the video. Hopefully, there are many cuter ones to come!
