  • In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper is removing three massive cysts on a patient's back.

  • According to the dermatologist, the contents come out like "ribbons."

  • "Popaholics" on the post, however, think it looks more like "guacamole."

You can't say that Dr. Pimple Popper doesn't give the people what they want — or at least some people. The dermatologist and TLC host, whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee, is back with a massive cyst pop. As usual, there's an apt food comparison that'll either have you smiling or grimacing as she pops.

In the video, Dr. Lee has already created an incision over the sizable cyst and is ready to start popping. She tells her patient that the next part is likely something their daughter would like to see, and then, she gets to work. Dr. Lee uses both hands to squeeze the greying contents of the cyst free. According to her, they spill out like "ribbons."

This is not a one and done kind of pop, though. The dermatologist has to go back in multiple times to get all of the gunk out of this extra large cyst. While she may think it looks like ribbons, a "popaholic" fan commented on the video that it looks more like "guacamole" — except, you know, guacamole that's been left out on the counter too long and has started to turn some funky colors.
