  • Dr. Pimple Popper has some arm whiteheads to pop in her latest Instagram video.

  • Whiteheads form when dead skin, bacteria, and oil get trapped inside a pore causing clogging.

  • These whiteheads look like "frosting" as Dr. Pimple Popper takes them out one by one.

In her most recent Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper has some arm whiteheads to pop on her latest patient. The dermatologist and TLC host — whose real name is Dr. Sandra Lee — isn't sure if the little white bumps are whiteheads at first, but when she starts to squeeze, white contents come out like bits of frosting.

The video begins with Dr. Lee explaining to her patient that the little white bumps could be milia. However, after numbing them and grabbing her comedo extractor, these whiteheads pop like popcorn. Whiteheads from when a pore gets clogged with dead skin, bacteria, and oil, and the white contents that are coming out of this patient's arm may look like frosting, but don't put this on a cupcake.

While most of Dr. Pimple Popper's popping videos revolve around the gruesomeness of the squeeze, her latest has fans screaming for more of she and her patient's conversation instead. As Dr. Lee is popping her patient's whiteheads, the pair have a conversation about his age. According to the patient, he's 83 years old, and he and Dr. Lee engage in a fun talk about his favorite decade of life that had her "popaholic" fans calling for more in comments on the video.
