  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she gives all her fans a much-need afternoon reprieve.

  • It includes a bunch of "soft pops," which means blackheads and milia all over.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper may be outnumbered, but she squeezes out each one with her comedone extractor tool.

Raise your hand if you could use a mid-afternoon break? It's safe to assume the answer is a room filled with raised hands. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper is already prepared with the perfect satisfying siesta for all her fans.

She's working hard to make it happen for Popaholics this afternoon. In her treatment room and on her Instagram feed are a bunch of oh so satisfying "soft pops." Don't let the generic, vague description turn you off, these are good ol' fashioned blackheads with a side of milia.

They're all ripe and ready for popping, as is Dr. Pimple Popper. She has her handy comedone extractor tool in her grasp and gets right to work. First up is a blackhead on her patient's back. Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes it out whole and brings along the sac, too. She says it's nice and flat after removal. Sounds like a job well done.

Then, Dr. Pimple Popper takes on milia in a man's beard. It's a bright bubble of a white spot that looks like it is about to burst open. "This one just wants to come out," she tells one patient. "It's right there on the surface." That it is, especially after Dr. Pimple Popper slices it open with her scalpel.

Incredibly, Dr. Pimple Popper's not done. There are more blackheads to pop. They are soft and gooey and squish out of the skin like little growing worms. They grow up and out right before your eyes, and it's so satisfying to watch.
