In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she's helping a patient with another big, juicy cyst.
This bump is a pilar cyst and nestled deep in the patient's scalp.
Dr. Pimple Popper slices it open with her scalpel before squeezing it out in one yellow blob with her fingers.
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has been kickin' it with a whole bunch of cysts this Thursday. She's kicking each one to the curb, so they aren't hanging around too long, though.
The dermatologist started the day with a pair of cheek cysts so bountiful, her patient's cheeks looked like a chipmunk. (Yes, a chipmunk.) Next up is a real crowd-pleaser: a pilar cyst settled into the scalp. This bump has a bunch of hair as neighbors and you can see the whole extraction extravaganza go down on Instagram.
Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the clip: "Pilar Cyst Pop! Do you like when they are whole or come out in pieces!💥🥳 Join is at the popaholic viewing party tonight @6pm PST! #drpimplepopper #pilarcyst" (FYI her fans are predominately team "whole.")

As soon as Dr. Pimple Popper starts squeezing, the cyst responds. The treatment room also goes completely silent in an instant. The cyst starts wiggling and squirming around in the opening. It doesn't take long before the whole blob emerges on the surface of the skin.
Phew, that was a close one. "I hear the tension in the air," Dr. Pimple Popper says. There are audible giggles in response. None of that distracts the doc from her job. She pulls out the cyst whole and intact. One fan wrote, "I like when they come out whole."
It's a job very well done by Dr. P. The cysts may be history, but her fans are definitely sticking around for all the satisfying pops.
