  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a peculiar cyst.

  • The cyst has grown on his cheek between his eye and his ear for five whole years.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper is putting a stop to it and squeezes the whole "shrimp" cyst out in one swift motion.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has gone fishing. She hasn't strayed from the dermatology practice, though. She's right in the treatment room and fishing at the same time. In her latest Instagram video, the doc takes on a fishy cyst right on her patient's cheek.

Dr. Pimple Popper shared her take in the caption: "It’s HUMPDAY! 🐫 Here’s a little humpday cyst in the head! I think it looks like a shrimp, what do you think? #drpimplepopper #wednesday #humpdayvibes" She went all in on the shrimp reference and added the title, "baby shrimp in the head," to the clip as well.

Now, you can watch the whole fishy pop play out. There's no time to spare. Dr. Pimple Popper slices over the bump and gets right to squeezing. The cyst sac pops, so some of the contents start smooshing out. It looks like a messy situation is on hand, but all of a sudden the entire cyst pops out whole. A crisis is averted and a longtime cyst is gone, thanks to Dr. Pimple Popper.

That was a speedy snapshot of the extraction. If you want more, Dr. Pimple Popper also shared a Youtube video from the same appointment. In it, you can watch every step of the popping action in the extended 8-minute clip.

Dr. Pimple Popper's patient explains how long he's had the bump. It sounds like he says five years. Woah, that's a long time to deal with a growing bump, but it's about to disappear.

Fans watching at home had so many thoughts. Most of them fit with her seafood theme: "Looks like an oyster" Other Popaholics shared general praise, "omg this one is golden." However you describe it, it's a welcome sight on this hump day.
