Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has no shortage of clever pimple descriptions this week. The doc has tons of pimples, and she assigns each one a creative name or comparison. In the clip, there's a lot going on with her patient and so many creative possibilities. Dr. Pimple Popper shares the call for names in the caption: "What would you name this video? 🤔 #drpimplepopper #popaholics #lipomas"

To get it all started, Dr. Pimple Popper shares a still shot of the lumpy arm. There are tons of bumps all over her patient's arm in need of her help. So, the derm gets right to work.

The video skips over the slicing and initial incisions and plunges in mid-squeeze. Dr. Pimple Popper grabs each mini lipoma with her hands and applies pressure. It doesn't take much for the little blob tucked under the skin to shoot out in the open.

She repeats the process on all three bumps until her patient's arm is lipoma free. It's so satisfying to watch, and her Popaholics agree. They also chimed in with all kinds of clever descriptions. One fan wrote: "Bubble and squeeze"
