  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she dishes out some Monday motivation and helps a patient with a pesky pimple.

  • The pimple is a cyst that popped up on her patient's cheek and appears to move below the surface of the skin.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper cuts it open and squeezes what looks like a "flower blooming" out of the opening.

Anyone out there need some Monday motivation? It's okay if you didn't have the energy to respond because dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has you covered. She is ready with a satisfying and energizing clip to get all her Popaholics going this Monday.

In her latest Instagram video, she helps a patient with a massive cyst on his cheek. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the Instagram video, "Welcome to a new week! Happy Monday! 😊💥 #drpimplepopper #mondaymotivation"

The video begins with a completely unexpected view. The camera zooms in on her patient's cheek, which appears to move in waves under the surface of the skin. (I know, it makes my skin crawl, too.) Eagle-eyed fans spotted it: ""Did I see it moving underneath the skin?!" Yes, something was definitely on the move.

That's only the beginning. Then, Dr. Pimple Popper cuts into the cyst to open it up. When she starts squeezing, the cyst lets loose with a massive bunch of swirled gunk.

Dr. Pimple Popper's fans had some uplifting responses to this pop. One fan wrote, "Looks like a flower blooming." Another saw almost the same phenomenon: "A flower opening up 😂"

It certainly is a happy Monday thanks to Dr. Pimple Popper.
