  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she helps a patient with a buried pilar cyst.

  • It's nestled so deep in her scalp, that the derm has to squeeze extra hard to get the gunk out.

  • Then, the pilar cyst, which she calls a "trouble child," shoots straight at Dr. Pimple Popper.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is firing on all cylinders. You might say it's all cyst-inders lately. August has been chock-full of all shapes and sizes of cysts and nothing but cysts.

If you love an ooey-gooey cyst, it's been oh-so satisfying. If not, I suppose check back tomorrow? Dr. Pimple Popper has yet another cyst waiting for removal in her treatment room and on Instagram. This one is hiding, dare I say lurking, under her patient's scalp.

Dr. Pimple Popper gives a few hints for her fans in the caption: "It looks like a little squeeze... but it’s not! ❌ TAG your fellow #popaholics and tell them to watch the end! 👀 #drpimplepopper #pilarcyst"

Before any fans have time to click tag in the comments, Dr. Pimple Popper is off and popping. The video jumps in with the pop already in progress. The derm is ready to squeeze. As soon as she applies pressure, the cyst responds with a splash. Literally, it shoots a stream straight at the doctor and the camera.

"You're more of a trouble child," Dr. Pimple Popper says as she struggles with the cyst. That's a new description from the doctor. She's still totally in control and works to trim and snip until the whole cyst is out of her patient's scalp. Phew, that was a close one, folks. It's never a dull moment when Dr. Pimple Popper is near.
