Welp, I spoke too soon about Fridays lining up with steatocystomas. That's how it started out this morning, but it has evolved throughout the day. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is free to switch up her popping schedule whenever she pleases. That's just what she did today. She gave her fans a brand-new, never-before-seen blackhead pop. Yes, you heard that right.

At first you may not recognize it as a blackhead, though. Dr. Pimple Popper calls it a "nasolabial sulcus," too. So, consider it a fancy blackhead. The dermatologist shared her joy in the Instagram caption: "Happy Friday! 🎉 #blackheads #drpimplepopper #fridaymood"

FYI nasolabial sulcus refers to the lines that form between your nose and your mouth, a.k.a. laugh or smile lines. Now that that's out of the way, you can all turn your attention to the blackhead.

Dr. Pimple Popper is already all over it. Blink, and you could miss this one. She grabs her comedone extractor tool and presses on the dark spot. Instantly, all the gunk plops out on the surface of the skin. It's like watching a magician work, truly.

Naturally, the fans want more. More blackheads, more popping, and in more crazy locations. One wrote: "Now do inside his nostrils." She may need to invest in new camera gear to make that happen. For now, everyone can enjoy the satisfying blackheads outside the nose.
