Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed A Lip Blackhead And A 'Lentil' Came Shooting Out

In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she takes on a surprisingly large dilated pore of winer.
It looks deceptively small on the surface of the skin, but there's a ton hiding underneath.
Dr. Pimple Popper also squeezed out a "lentil" from a lip blackhead using only her fingers.
Perseverance is an important life skill to hone. Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, knows that oh so well and gives a master class in it on the reg. She has to work hard and be patient with many of the stubborn pimples that come in her treatment room. Some that appear small at first are actually hiding a deep dark secret that takes all the effort to unveil.
That's exactly what goes down in Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video. Her patient comes in with a giant dilated pore of winer disguised as a tiny bump on the surface of the skin.
Dr. Pimple Popper explains what was going through her mind mid-pop in the caption: "Try, try, try again #drimplepopper"
She continued: "This dilated pore of Winer ended up being much bigger than I thought. These are essentially large blackheads (open comedones) that get so large they dilated (open) the pore of the skin causing a plug at the opening."
That description was spot on, but it's even better watching the full minute-long video. Dr. Pimple Popper pokes and prods at the small black dot and slowly begins to unearth all the gunk stuffed under the skin.
Dr. Pimple Popper uses her comedone extractor tool and gets all kinds of reactions from the fans. One wrote: "Just squeeze the damn things"
That's not all she popped out for her fans. Another patient came in with a blackhead on the upper lip. This one required a finger squeeze and was so satisfying to watch. Dr. Pimple Popper explained in the caption: "This lip blackhead was POPPIN’ 😘💥"
Fans had so many thoughts about what came shooting out. "Looks like a mini river rock" "Looks like a lentil!" "Looks like a bean lol"
No matter what, everyone can agree with one fan's comment: "This so satisfying!!!"
