Blackhead extractions just might be dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper's most popular videos. Her fans and followers, aptly called Popaholics, cannot get enough of her blackhead removal videos. Most recently, she's removed them from both of ears of one patient, another "freshly squeezed" orange blackhead, and one that looks like a "Narwhal horn."

And today, she is serving up another satisfying blackhead extraction. And instead of looking like food or animals, this one looks more like a bug. Specifically, a tick.

"💥💨 #drpimplepopper #blackhead," she captioned the video.

In the video, Dr. P zooms in on her patient's skin, which also has benign seborrheic keratosis on it. But she is aiming to remove a blackhead that is buried deep. (If you're looking for a satisfying seborrheic keratosis removal, check out this video where she removes it and a blackhead.)

"I'm going to use my comedone extractor right here," says Dr. P as she prepares to remove the blackhead.

The camera is zoomed in on the blackhead, which she presses down on with the extractor. As she does, the blackhead literally pops out of the pore in one solid piece.

And her followers totally think it looks like a tick.

One follower commented, "Thought it was a tick for a second," and another agreed, writing, "Looks like a tick popped out."

But some of her followers are more concerned about the seborrheic keratosis.

"The Dermatologist I used to work for referred to them as 'barnacles on the ship of life'. ⛵," one follower commented.
