Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed 'Egg Yolk' From An Inflamed Cyst
In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helps a patient with a massive, inflamed cyst.
This bump appears bruised and ready to blow upon first look.
Dr. Pimple Popper takes it on and squeezes it all out with her fingers.
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, is back with a new cyst extraction...and this one is particularly gross. In the Instagram video, Dr. P squeezes a gnarly gray cyst from her patient's hip that is so cringe-y that Instagram labeled it with a "sensitive content warning". One Popaholic noted, "I scrolled past fast and thought it was a c-section at first." (Just a hint at what you can expect!)
"They said to try the gray stuff... #drpimplepopper #cyst," she captioned the video. It's a nod to the song "Be Our Guest" from Disney's Beauty and The Beast. The reference is also spot on with all the gunk spewing out.
The video starts with Dr. Pimple Popper assessing the cyst-uation. She removes the intact cyst from the patient's hip, and it's pretty bloody. The cyst is the size of a clementine orange, and of course, she has to slice it open to see what its contents contain.
"Maybe that's not blood though...I hope it doesn't spray on me!" says Dr. P as she uses a scalpel to slice the cyst.
"It's gray!" says Dr. Pimple Popper after she's sliced it open and starts to squeeze. A flood of thick, gray gunk comes out. "It's kind of like egg yolk...I don't know why it's gray sometimes," says Dr. P.
And her Popaholics are loving the Disney reference and also pleasantly grossed out.
"Also, nice Beauty and the Beast reference 👍🏼🎶🌈🎭," one wrote. "That had to smell horrific!!!!" one commented, and another wrote, "It’s a little undercooked for me. 😂😂😂😂😂"
