There is a big mystery popping up in Dr. Sandra Lee's, M.D., aka Dr. Pimple Popper's, office. She has popped and posted many many different blackheads, lipomas, and mystery lumps over the years, but nothing quite like this bump.

In her latest video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles a mysterious bump located right on her patient's upper lip. It might be a blackhead, but the doc doesn't give hints about the exact type of pimple. Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the clip: "A teeny tiny river rock in the upper lip! #drpimplepopper".

The video starts off with Dr. Pimple Popper ready to squeeze. She's already made an incision with her scalpel to get closer to the bump underneath the skin.

Dr. Pimple Popper uses three fingers to get a hold of the bump and apply enough pressure. It takes a few attempts, but finally the little bump comes jumping out.

Fans had so many thoughts about this pop. "It's a lentil," one Popaholic wrote. Another fan suggested, "it looks like a tick". One commenter wrote, "That's a pinto bean".

No matter what Dr. Pimple Popper or her fans think it looks like, that bump is long gone.
