Dr. Pimple Popper Just Squeezed A Huge Back Cyst Hiding Under A Tattoo

This pimple is hiding under an even bigger tattoo.
Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to squeeze tons of gunk from the never-ending cyst.
When dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, works on removing cysts, she is allllll about making sure she removes the entire sac to prevent it from growing back. Her patients and her fans love her for it.
One of her recent Instagram videos showed her doing the impressive feat, removing a cyst and its sac in its entirety from a patient's back. And in her latest video, she is back with another cyst and sac removal from a patient's back, who also happens to have a huge tattoo.
"Back Cyst & Tattoos! 💥 A little tattoo cyst removal & chit chat! Surgical excision of an epidermoid cyst, removing the entire cyst sac and contents to ensure the cyst won’t reoccur. #drpimplepopper #cyst," she captioned the video.
The video starts out with Dr. P using her scissors to snip open the cyst, which immediately squirts out clear liquid. From there, she gets to squeezing.
"The reason I'm rupturing it is I think I can still get the cyst wall out, but I want to squeeze it to make it smaller so we don't have to make such a wide excision to remove it," she says.
As she squeezes, thick white gunk spews out. "We're getting it! And then watch, it will be a lot bigger than we think it looked initially, " she says.
She grabs her scissors again, as well as a pair of tweezers, to work the cyst out of the small opening in the patient's tattooed back. Once she gets a good grip on the cyst, she starts to pull it out, and it looks like an off-white piece of sponge that just keeps coming.
"It's a never-ending cyst!" says Dr. P. "This is just fibrous tissue that it's connected to."
The video ends with a pic of the patient stitched back up. Phew, that was a happy ending for quite the procedure. But her followers are saying it's one of her best cyst vids yet.
"Wow that sac was huge. Definitely top 5 cysts for me," one follower commented. And another wrote, "It reminds me of when a magician just keeps taking scarves out of his sleeve...", while another commented, "This is the cyst that made me a fan."
