In Dr. Pimple Popper's latest Instagram video, she helps a new patient with cyst on her neck.
The dermatologist gives herself a pep talk in the caption and says "squeeze it real good."
Dr. Pimple Popper follows her own advice and drains all the thick gunk, that one fan called a "midnight snack," out of the cyst.
Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a Dr. Pimple Popper, is here to entertain all her fans and ensure they have a satisfying start to the weekend. She has a monster pop on hand to accomplish it all, natch. In her latest Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper helps a sweet elderly woman with a pesky cyst on her neck.
Dr. Pimple Popper gave herself a bit of a pep talk in the caption: "Squeeze it, Squeeze it real good! 👉🏻💥👈🏻#drpimplepopper" Then, she gets right to squeezing.
She makes an incision and gets her hands all over this cyst. She squeezes and all the gunk piles out onto the surface. "I'll show you what we took out of there," Dr. Pimple Popper tells her patient. Fans can already clearly see what emerged, and woah it is multicolored and oh so thick.

One fan added a recipe for shrimp tacos in the comments. Yep, you heard that right. There's a full-blown, step-by-step comment all about whipping up shrimp tacos added to Dr. Pimple Popper's video. The unexpected comment spurred a whole thread of conversation. Other followers were initially confused, but eventually made the food and pop connection.
One wrote, "Dr. Lee compares pop contents with food consistencies so I think a lot of people think about food while watching." It's true. Another fan added, "She was saving it in her skin for a midnight snack." And, suddenly my appetite has disappeared.
