  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she tackles a ton of juicy blackheads on her patient's neck.

  • She explains the clogged pores are "cutis rhomboidalis nuchae," or due to prolonged sun exposure.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses her comedone extractor tool to clear all of them out.

Dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, kicked off the weekend in her typical style, with a satisfying AF blackhead extraction. There's a lot to be excited about with this video for all the Popaholics out there.

“Happy Friday! 🎉 Tell me what you’re excited for this weekend?” Dr. Pimple Popper captioned the video clip. It shows her digging out some blackheads from a patient’s neck, but I'm getting ahead of myself.

This particular patient had something called "cutis rhomboidalis nuchae," according to the doctor. That's a fancy way of describing the blackheads, for sure. She says they're the result of prolonged sun exposure that can cause damage to the skin on the back of the neck. “I say cutis because you’re cute,” Dr. Pimple Popper jokes, making her patient laugh.

As she continued to dig into the neck of her latest client (read: victim), the doctor praised him, “You’re a tough cookie.” One by one, the blackheads came popping out. The doc used her trusty comedone extractor tool.

Of course, Dr. Pimple Popper’s millions of fans weighed in on the blackheads video. “If this person was in front of me online I would do him the favor and pop those bad boys 😂,” on pop-a-holic wrote. While another simply posted “The doc has game!!😏”

The video was actually pretty low key, compared with some of the gnarly cysts, lipomas, and dilated pores of winer the doctor has posted in the past, which are honestly, very satisfying. (I watch these all the time, and I agree.)

Check out this juicy blackhead that needed reinforcements from staff if you’re looking for a calming, yet stomach-churning experience to kick off the weekend. And if that doesn’t do it for you, this comedone on a patient’s arm will definitely leave you relaxed, and disgusted. A beautiful combination if I do say so myself.
