Dr. Pimple Popper Just 'Punched' Out A Super Juicy Cyst From Her Patient's Arm
  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she squeezes a massive cyst on her patient's arm.

  • The dermatologist uses her punch biopsy tool to punch straight through the bump.

  • Then, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes a pile of juicy gunk out before removing the cyst sac intact.

When it comes to removing cysts, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, has seen (and removed) them all. From pilar cysts to gushing "waterfall" cysts, to "mashed potato" cysts, and even ones removed with the help of a curette, she's dealt with them all. And in her latest Instagram video, she did a 'punch' excision to remove a huge cyst from her patient's arm.

"Full blown punch removal of a cyst on the arm! 💥🥊 #drpimplepopper #cyst," she captioned the video.

The camera zooms in on the large cyst on her patient's arm before Dr. Pimple Popper uses a green-colored punch excision tool that digs into the cyst to 'punch' a hole in it before it's squeezed. Once it's 'punched', she uses her fingers to press on the cyst, and it spews out a thick yellow and white substance.

Once she has pressed everything out, she goes to work on removing the cyst's sac that held all of that gunk under the skin. This requires her to switch tools. She grabs a pair of tweezers and a pair of scissors, as she carefully snips and pulls the sac away. And the whole thing remains intact.

"I've got that entire sac here, I almost have it all," Dr. Pimple Popper shares with the room.

"So it's not bad, huh?" her patient asks as she snips out the last of the sac. "Nooo!" says Dr. P.

And her Popaholics are here for the "punching" extraction.

"I just love punches! ❤️" one wrote, and another commented, "I LOVE THE PUNCH!!!" And another Popaholic noted, "*sips whiteclaw* ahhh, yes, flawless execution."
