  • In her latest Youtube video, Dr. Pimple Popper tackles a pilar cyst.

  • The doctor used a scalpel and then squeezed it to pop it out whole

  • Dr. Pimple Popper said the popped cyst looked like a magic bean or a jelly bean.

Everyone deserves a rest day, and you better believe dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, aka Dr. Pimple Popper, deserves a break. The doc works hard for each and every pop, folks. After her quiet weekend of sharing absolutely zero pops, the doc has returned with a brand new bump that is just bursting at the seams.

Dr. Pimple Popper, just posted a new video to Youtube that shows a wild extended version of a jelly bean pop. Tbh her Youtube pops are second only to her Dr. Pimple Popper show on TLC, and today's video is a blockbuster. Dr. Pimple Popper titled this Youtube video: "The Magic Bean Pilar Cyst". What makes this pilar cyst magical? Well, you'll just have to wait and see.

But fear not, you don't have to wait long. Dr. Pimple Popper gets right down to business slicing into her patient's forehead. She also chatters about his dermatological history, he seems to have pilar cysts on the reg. Poor guy! He says he's suffered through close to 20 of these pesky cysts.

After she slices along his natural forehead crease, she switches tools. Dr. Pimple Popper grabs her scissors and a metal tool with a hooked end to continue clearing it out. The tools don't quite cut it, so Dr. Pimple Popper uses her fingers to give it a good squeeze. "I'm backing up because I've gotten hit before," she says. (Remember when Dr. Pimple Popper had to play catch with a pilar cyst?)

All it takes is a little pressure and pop, the little bean of a pilar cyst appears on the surface of the skin. (FYI: The white gunk inside the cyst is actually keratin, which is a major component of skin and hair.)

Dr. Pimple Popper has dealt with some misbehaving cysts before, but this one plays nice and sits on the surface. "This is your reward," Dr. Pimple Popper says. She also compares the pilar cyst to a popcorn-flavored jelly bean.

Now, thanks to Dr. Pimple Popper, there's one less pilar cyst to worry about out there.
