  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Youtube video, she helps a patient with a lipoma that's overstayed its welcome.

  • Over the years, the lipoma has grown larger and larger on her patient's shoulder and upper back.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper slices it wide open and digs around until she comes out with the whole lipoma in her arms.

Have you ever hosted houseguests who stayed a little too long? At first, they were pleasant visitors, but after a while they simply overstayed their welcome. Well, dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper, knows all about that. She took care of an unwelcome visitor in her latest Youtube video and showed exactly how to get rid of them.

Her removal strategy works for lipomas, but you might want to check with another expert for those pesky houseguests. Dr. Pimple Popper shared all about it in the caption: "This big lipoma has outstayed its welcome, so we're saying 'So Long, Loser!'"

This lipoma is a real doozy, and so is the popping video. It spans 20 whole minutes, so grab some snacks and get comfortable before you click play and watch Dr. Pimple Popper at work. When you do, you'll see a very smooth, very round protrusion off the man's shoulder. Some fans say it looks like a "bald man's head," but it doesn't stay that way for long. Another Popaholic adds, "This is an area we have yet to explore."

Dr. Pimple Popper slices right over the top and begins the hard work of squeezing and digging it all out. At one point, she jams two fingers deep into the lipoma mass and latches on. Then, she pulls with all her might.

It's pretty impressive work, and more importantly it works. Dr. Pimple Popper gets the whole tangled lipoma blob out in her hands. Her fans had so many thoughts, as usual. One wrote, "Bruh she took out a whole brain out of that wtf 😂 " Another Popaholic added: "It looks like she grew a brain on her shoulder." The past tense is key here. That lipoma is history thanks to Dr. Pimple Popper.
