  • In Dr. Pimple Popper's new Instagram video, she helped a woman with a huge lump in the middle of her forehead.

  • The lump is a lipoma filled with what looks like egg yolk.

  • Dr. Pimple Popper uses scissors to trim away little bits of the lipoma until it's all gone.

It's breakfast time over in dermatologist Sandra Lee, MD, a.k.a. Dr. Pimple Popper's office. It doesn't have to be morning to have breakfast, and the doc makes that crystal clear in her latest pop. In her Youtube video, which she teased on the 'gram yesterday, Dr. Pimple Popper helps a woman with a very large, very prominent bump on her forehead.

What could possible be hiding out in there? It turns out, this bump is a lipoma. FYI "Lipomas are slow-growing, benign (non-cancerous) growths of fat cells. These cells are contained in a thin capsule that creates the appearance of a “bump” right under the skin."

There's a lot going on with this pop. Dr. Pimple Popper narrates as she works, "Looks like, feels like a lipoma." She is right. The doc slices open her patient's forehead, which starts bleeding quite profusely. One fan commented, "That's a lot of blood to start with... Ooof!" It is, but the derm is on top of it. Dr. Pimple Popper says the forehead has lots of baby blood vessels, but she stops the bleeding so she can see clearly.

Then, Dr. Pimple Popper can focus her attention on removing the lipoma. She doesn't squeeze this one out. Instead, she grabs her scissors and trims away little bits. Her fans noticed her skill. One Popaholic commented, "When you're in the hands of the master, it doesn't take long to fix the problems."
